We offer flexible, hourly billing for our professional services—no need
to commit to full-day rates. This allows housing providers to access our
expert consultants quickly and as needed, whether for quick questions,
refresher sessions, or focused, high-impact workshops. Get the support you
need, when you need it, without unnecessary costs or delays.

This coupled with a digital remote delivery model makes our
projects shorter and less expensive than traditional implementations.


Integration Marketplace.
Our partners offer services that are beyond the remit of an HMS, but we want our platform to integrate as seamlessly as possible and openly advertise and promote their great work when they take the time to integrate to Rubixx.
Sometimes this is a collaboration with a client we have in common, sometimes suppliers integrate speculatively to make access to the Rubixx user base easy.
There are also some interactions that are one sided. These can be perfectly ok, like CTI call popping from Dialpad or RingCentral. We did the work because their existing API worked fine as it was and that was all we needed.
Sometimes an integration works one sided but we would like more from the other side. We’ll always be up front about how an integration works and how well it works.
We’ve been asked to promote products or endorse suppliers based on them
promising to do work if they integrate once we get a client. That’s a hard no!
Open Honest Conversations.
We’re always open and honest up front. This starts in sales and goes all the
way through the lifecycle into live. This means that sometimes the answer
isn’t what you want to hear, but we’ll never lead you down the garden path.
It’s gotten us into trouble before and nearly cost us sales.
We won’t under bid your deal and change control the interfaces and services later (like some other suppliers do) and we won’t promise a partnership
where one doesn’t exist.
We aren’t a big corporate backed by a giant mega Corp or bank. We’re a UK based financially secure, cash positive debt free software business run by 3 founders who operate the business day to day and try to do their best for each and every client.

We are who we are and we do what we do, and if we’re up front about that.
We don’t actively sell to landlords under 1000 units as we feel they would struggle to manage the breadth of the platform. We don’t actively sell to councils as they are slow to move, famously difficult to work with and require too much nonsense paperwork and meaningless accreditations from their suppliers.
We know who we are and where we fit. We work with medium and large HA’s
to provide market leading software to those organisations who want
leading edge cloud technology which isn’t based on a 1990s on prem system scraped to the web.
